PB&J Overnight Oats

Ingredients

5  
Strawberries (divided)
1 cup
Rolled Oats (plain/unsweetened)
2 tablespoons
peanut butter powder
2 tablespoons
Cooked Quinoa
1 cup
unsweetened cashewmilk (or sub your favorite milk)
1 tablespoon
creamer
1 tablespoon
Strawberry Jam ((optional stir-in))
1 package
goodnessKNOWS strawberry snack squares (for topping)
2 tablespoons
peanuts (for topping)
1 tablespoon
Dark Chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems and cut up 3 strawberries into small pieces. 
  2. In a large jar or tupperware, combine the diced strawberries with the oats, peanut butter powder, quinoa, cashewmilk, creamer, and jam. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours at minimum). 
  3. In the morning, take the oats out of the fridge. You can eat cold or microwave for 45 seconds. Then top with goodnessKNOWS squares, the remaining two strawberries (sliced), peanuts, and dark chocolate. 
  4. Enjoy!
